1. For our regular customers, we can provide free sample. 

2. For our first cooperation, we need to charge you, and the sample fee will be refunded if the quantity reaches our quantity requirements. 

2)Do you provide bamboo lid or wooden lid other than stainless steel lid?

Yes, we do provide bamboo lid and lid can be customized as per client's request, e.g. glass lid, plastic lid.

3) Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?
Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.

4) What is the normal lead time?
For stock products, we will send goods to you within 7-15 work days after we receive your payment.
For OEM products, the delivery time is 15~30 work days after we receive your payment.
